RETURN POLICY

Thank you for ordering at Intouchables! If your item does not fit you have the right to return it within 14 days after arrival and get a refund.

 

Things to keep in mind when returning an item:

• All items must be unworn, when showing signs of wear, your money will not be refunded.
• Items must be returned in original packaging (as far as possible).
• Shipping costs for returns are payed by the customer.
• Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.
• After your retour arrives, refund will take 3-5 business days.

 

IMPORTANT:

Items on sale or purchased via pre-order can not be returned!
