Thank you for ordering at Intouchables! If your item does not fit you have the right to return it within 14 days after arrival and get a refund.

Things to keep in mind when returning an item:

        - All items must be unworn. When showing signs of wear, your money will not be refunded.

        - Items must be returned in original packaging (as far as possible).

        - Shipping costs for returns are payed by the customer.

        - Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.

        - After your retour arrives, refund will take 3-5 business days.

Items on sale or purchased via pre-order can not be returned!
