IN STOCK:

If you buy an item that is in stock, please allow 1-3 days to process your order. After processing your order it takes about 1-2 business days to arrive. (in Belgium). It may take extra days when shipping to another country but make sure you check your email because you will receive an email with a link to track your package.

PRE-ORDERS:

When you pre-order an item you are 100% sure you will get to buy your item because we produce on demand.

If you purchase an item via pre-order it will take 5-10 business days for production after pre-order is closed. After that we will process your order in about 1-3 workdays and then it takes about 1-2 business days to arrive (in Belgium). It may take extra days when shipping to another country. 

Make sure to check your mail because a mail will be sent to your adres with a link to track your package.

Thank you for ordering at Intouchables! If your item does not fit you have the right to return it within 14 days after arrival and get a refund. Things to keep in mind when returning an item:

- All items must be unworn. When showing signs of wear your money will not be refunded.

- Items must be returned in original packaging as far as possible.

- Shipping costs for returns are payed by the customer.

- Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.

- After your retour arrives, refund will take 3-5 business days.

If you would like to return your item, please send a mail to intouchables.info@gmail.com with the subject containing 'Retour'.
